Thank you for sharing the numbers!
John is very good with his eye-hand coordination development: he has little errors. Time indicates that it takes him awhile to manage his fingers and his fime motor skills are developing, Very soon the time will start dropping and he will be ready to work on the fingers' management.
The time - 111 - shows that to read R2 was a bit a struggle. In sight-reading we have to aim for as little time as possible. Maybe, we have to start with R1 and L1 to help with learning piano geography first. I think, it is always better to give a child the confidence of successful learning and gradually challenge him. What do you think?

John's fingers/hands are really small so he doesn't like to hold his fingers on the keys where they should be, prefers to move his hand around to find a comfortable way to press the key.
