Make sure the pictures are files accepted for attaching! Their extension should be ".jpg", ".jpeg", ".gif" or ".png". Bitmap files (".bmp") can not be attached here.
If you have a bitmap file but you do not know how to convert it to jpg: open the picture in a Picture editing software (like Microsoft Office Picture Manager) and choose File/Export and export as jpg.
If the extension of the file is not the cause, we must know to solve the problem as soon as possible.
