can't seem to install HASP drivers

I realized that deleting the usb drivers may not make sense to you - sometimes software just develops an issue or conflict with other programs - i.e. a windows update or anything else that you may have installed. It happens. Deleting the drivers will force your computer to install the drivers fresh on startup. You won't have to do anything but turn it back on.
