Music education and wars

Last Friday I wrote 50 emails to 50 private schools for children with special needs. I got 1 negative answer and 1 so-so answer. I understand, Paris is under attack. In fact, since I started developing this program something awful was happening all the time during the past 15 years. Why don't people focus on some constructive, positive, changing? Should I wait 'till all the wars and terrorist attacks will be over to come and tell you: 'Hello! There was some omitted 'bug' in music education and I fixed it! Take it for goodness sake! Otherwise, these wars and attacks will never stop, because without the music education people will never grow.'
