Certificate Eligibility: Please note that certificates will be issued and sent only to those who have purchased a license for our software. This is an essential requirement, and we appreciate your understanding.

Video Content Review: All recipients are urged to promptly check the design of all videos related to the Soft Mozart Graduation 2023. To avoid any delays or complications, please ensure that:
- All videos are set to public viewing.
- The title of each video includes the words “Soft Mozart Graduation 2023 Level***” (please replace the asterisks with the appropriate level).
- The following tags are added to all videos: Hiner Method, Soft Mozart Academy, Grand Staff is a symmetrical system.

Postage and Handling: We would like to inform you that the postage costs for mailing the certificates, diplomas, medals, and insignia will not be covered by the Academy this year. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
