Luke, way to go! Solfeggio is a right choice. It develops your ear, voice and memory.
As for music pieces... it is time for challenges.
Why don't you try couple of piano pieces from this list:
1. Santa Lucia, Oh, Sole Mio from Favorite Classics 1
2. Robot Rock or Cat Boogie from Boogie 1
3. Old Mac Donald, Little Dog Gone, Hickory Dickory from Nursery 1
4. A Cuckoo in the Woods from Simona 1

Thanks, Hellene. Sure is hard not to accept your advice :) I'll pick out at least one of these to start and we'll go from there.

I don't have any of the learning module scores to post (haven't been doing those as consistently this last week  ) But... I have made some progress on a few songs and, of course, am continuing the various finger exercises.

Here's a video of me playing New Year's Tree in Presentation 3. Score was 56 of 57; time=3

And a screen shot too below.

I chose Santa Lucia for my "next step". It's a challenge. So far, here's where I'm at.

R.Hand; P1; 43 of 47; time=26
L.Hand; P1; 73 of 74; time=3
both hands :pinch: p1; 107 of 121; time=78

Until the recital we had mostly children and teenagers posting. Now adults are the majority and this gives another flavour to this forum - maybe the rest are on holiday  It's parents' learning time! :woohoo:

It is very tempting to play both hands as soon as possible :P Also left hand is, at least as I have seen learning some songs for first level, easier than right hand so we make less mistakes and we keep rhythm much sooner that when we play right hand only.
It is helpful to cut a song in pieces, especially longer songs. Press F1 in Gentle Piano and/or see in User Manual link to video and key shortcuts for that.

Do you use the teaching videos to polish the pieces?
