Please, practice the piano with notes. Play entire Nursery Album Level 0. Can you? Try visual mode 2, if it won't give you too many mistakes

Wrists. Try to keep them like an arc.

I learned music in Africa and in most african musics we learn music by earing. This is why i am very good in memorising sounds but not reading at all...
My goal is also to learn how to read music.
