Hello Hellene / Oleg
I would be really grateful to have some pointers about how to polish these pieces. I would like to move on to some new ones in September!!
Thanks so much

Lee, I will try to video the polishing points for you tonight. If not, will explain in words and will video at the beginning of the next week.
As for hands positions/movements, please, check this section: www.softmozart.com/forum/55-teaching-vid...roductory-songs.html

Lee, I suggest you to play the pieces to metronome or drums. Choose the rhythm style you like and try to play along.
Your pieces tempo will become more even.
Also try to practise pieces staccato. It will develop the finger strength and control.
Staccato means short. Try to play every note very short as if the keyboard was very hot and you couldn't stay on it long. Jump on any note. Or imagine it is the guitar and not piano so all the sounds are very short.
Hope it will be helpful
