First of all, I like your playing - it is smooth, with reasonable choice for fingers application, I hear phrasings, music flow. Time (number on the right) is much less then amount of correctly played notes (number on the left).
You are at the stage, when you may start memorizing your piece.
R - make perfect score
R H - make perfect score
L
L H
P
PH
When you will be done with this stage and will be able to play on PH with no mistakes.
Next stage is playing with no computer.
After that find the piece in our TEACHING VIDEOS and play alone with video with metronome and after that without.
The learning to play fluently has natural and gradual development. It is like the bloom of a flower. You may open the petals manually, but then the flower would die

I love the flow and sound of your performance!
We need to improve rhythm a little ( in your left hand, when you play chord G B D - So Ti Re you loose some beats)
You find all the reasonable fingers. You may improve the fingers' placement though.
Here is the link to practice the piece with metronome and more professional fingers placement:
softmozart.com/forum/55-teaching-videos/...html?limit=6&start=6
Just start the videos and play alone with me!
Second entry after 'Morning Mood'

Yes, I hear a little improvement in the rhythm!
Could you, please, try the 'Radetsky March' ?
This piece will help you to keep steady beats and to have a lot of FUN learning and playing it!
