It is a pleasure to be back to learning with Soft Mozart and all the great teachers and fellow students who are participating in the Academy! We have finally got around to posting the progress our girls have made so far for this semester. We did start late this year again with Soft Mozart, about the second week of October (due to some personal issues), hoping we can catch up to coming Recital. We will post progress separately for each of the girls. So, here goes progress post for Liliana.

Piano pieces:
Liliana is continuing to practice the following pieces for the Recital:
"The Song of Twilight" from Pieces and Etudes 2. Here is a video of her practicing the piece.
Here is "Dance of Little Swans" from Opera and Ballet(still a little rusty, but a work in progress):
This is just a portion of "Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy" from Nutcracker Album. She is still learning this piece.
Hellene,Please let us know what corrections need to be made if any, such as fingering, etc for all the pieces she is working on.
We will post Sight-Reading form and Music Appreciation video for Segment 1(September/October) later this week.

Liliana, you are doing great! I love you sight-reading numbers!
As for 'In the Hall of the mountain king' - everything is great, but try to add staccato and correct fingering.
Second phrase: re mi fa so la fa la re has to be 1,2,3,4,5,1,2,5
Please, check Teaching Videos:

Hellene , thank you for your comments in response to our post for November 26.
Please, check the post for November 25 in the this same thread. There are some videos of Liliana working on pieces she chose for this winter's recital. We want to make sure Liliana is using correct finger placement for these pieces and any other comments/corrections you may have in regards to these.
I will also post more recent practice videos for these pieces latter today, for comparison and to show her progress .
I watched all the videos. Liliana is doing great! She is now on stage of learning music pieces. When it will be 'polishing' time we have to meet on Skype.
My only suggestion for NOW is to keep her wrists and elbows over the piano keys and to play with tips of her fingers.
I will try my best to have Skype lessons ASAP to help hr more., when she will memorize her piano pieces.
